Clean room with comfortable beds. Dining options were limited, and the breakfast was disappointing. Nice indoor pool for relaxation. Wouldn't recommend the attached restaurant for meals. Close to the hospital, a definite plus.

I had an amazing stay with the comfiest bed ever and a spacious shower, but breakfast was a total letdown! I'd return just for the bed!

missingWrote a review on 25 Augcomfortable bedsgreat locationinconsistent housekeeping
The location scores high with easy access to the WVU football stadium, hospitals, and Evansdale campus, all close enough for a quick zip or even a walk. The beds? Man, they’re comfortable—perfect after a long day out dodging stormtroopers.
The King Suite left much to be desired. the kitchen was practically barren—just a couple of plastic cups and cutlery. Felt like any standard room I've crashed in before. Also, one elevator was out for over two months, making trips up and down a bit of a shuffle, especially when you're tired. The housekeeping was inconsistent—no fresh towels or room service on the second day of a three-night stay. Oh, and the pool was closed while I was there, which my kids would’ve loved in the heat. On top of that, the front desk was a bit too quiet for my liking. I didn’t see anyone checking in on guests, which makes you wonder about security.

Staying here was a breeze! We loved having clean rooms and a cozy atmosphere, making it easy to relax after exploring nearby Cheat Lake with our comfortable shoes. The hotel is very pet-friendly, which was perfect for us with our two dogs.
My kids wished there were more family activities at the hotel.

We were there for a family visit and appreciated the spaciousness of our room with two queen beds. The hotel was conveniently located near my relative's place, making trips back and forth a breeze. The kids loved the in-room amenities like the fridge and microwave, allowing us to have snacks handy. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing as it lacked options and service was very slow.

great stay with a few minor issues
The location was ideal for my family with children, being close to many attractions. The room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort! Additionally, I appreciated the spacious layout, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The view was wonderful, showcasing the city beautifully.
However, I found the parking situation a bit inconvenient.

The bed and pillows were absolutely amazing! Plus, it's pet-friendly, which is a huge win for animal lovers. The nearby PeppeBroni's Pizza is a slice of heaven! Don't skip the local spots while you're there.
The girl at the reception was clueless about breakfast options. And between no hot water in the sink and a lukewarm coffee situation, it definitely dampened the vibe.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, easily the best I’ve ever slept on. The pillows were plentiful and supportive. The shower was nice with plenty of hot water, although the pressure was just okay and the shower head was quite high—that works for taller guests. I enjoyed the overall look of the hotel when I walked in, very inviting. However, I did encounter a strange sticky substance on the carpet in my room, which was off-putting. It was pretty noisy with lots of barking from the dogs around, but that’s par for the course in pet-friendly places. The biggest letdown was the breakfast. it was really disappointing, with dirty silverware and food that seemed reheated rather than fresh. The only redeeming part was the bacon. everything else was lukewarm at best. I wouldn't have been happy if I paid full price for breakfast! Staff interaction was minimal after check-in, and I felt like I could have just walked through without being acknowledged. There’s potential here, but some attention to cleanliness and service would make a big difference.
